1. Service Engagement
By engaging with TheClickFlows, you agree to our terms of digital engineering and strategic consulting. Our services are provided on a project-by-project basis, defined by clear service-level agreements (SLAs).
2. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all custom source code, design assets, and strategy documents are transferred to the client, retaining the right for TheClickFlows to showcase the project in our portfolio archives.
3. Performance Guarantees
While we architect for maximum conversion and performance, digital results are subject to market conditions and platform algorithmic changes. We guarantee the structural integrity of our code and technical implementation.
4. Termination Protocol
Either party may terminate the engagement with a 30-day notice period. All deliverables completed up to the termination date will be handed over upon settlement of outstanding data transactions.
