THE STORY.
JumpSeat Therapy is a health and wellness brand offering therapeutic and ergonomic seating products. The project focused on optimizing an existing Shopify store to resolve technical debt and layout issues, aiming for a cleaner, modern user experience that stabilizes the digital storefront.
THE WORKING.
The technical execution involved a comprehensive refactoring of Shopify Liquid and assets, removing unused scripts and redundant app code that slowed down the site. I addressed Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) through lazy loading, minification, and async script loading. Design fixes included adjusting margins/paddings for mobile responsiveness and improving typography and button placement for a balanced, premium look.
