Lushlay is a premium cosmetics and skincare brand looking for a visually elegant and high-performance eCommerce platform. The vision was to reflect brand aesthetics through simplicity and functionality, creating a luxurious shopping experience for skincare enthusiasts that focuses on pure, conversion-oriented beauty.
THE WORKING.
This project utilized a WordPress + WooCommerce stack with a custom lightweight theme. I manually extended WooCommerce functionality to include custom product filters, bundles, and dynamic variant displays. The technical foundation focused on security and speed, utilizing server-side caching, CDN integration, and a mobile-first design strategy to ensure high performance even during high-traffic skincare launch spikes.
